At Ethereal Solace, every product is handcrafted with care, love and intention- made in small batches using high quality natural ingredients. Because of the personal nature of our products, we want to make sure every experience with us is always gentle, fair, and satisfying. 

Returns:

Our products are made fresh and handled with care, which means we're unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges:

We're happy to exchange any unused or unopened item that arrives damaged or in error. Please contact us at ethereal.solace1010@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packages.

Refunds:

Once your return or exchange is approved, a refund or store credit will be issued within 3-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to an error on our part.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is being prepared or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
